Hanging Bottle Planter
You Will Need
- Large Plastic Bottle
- Stickers
- Hole Punch
- Twine/Heavy string
Here's what to do:
- Cut off the top half of the plastic bottle and discard, use the bottom.
- Decorate with stickers
- Punch three evenly spaced holes around the rim
- Cut three 18" pieces of twine and knot together at one end
- Thread one length of twine through each of the three holes and wrap around to the bottom and tie together underneath
- Put some small pebbles in the bottom for drainage
- Add soil and your favourite plant
Tip: if you use a clear plastic bottle, you will see the roots of your plant as it grows!
